The Mercedes 280 came to Wren Classics for a full ground up restoration. As is often the case, on the surface it looked reasonable, however once we diassemabled the vehicle the amount of corrosion was quite significant and the car had been subject to some non standard parts being added such as wing mirrors. There were also trim missing and the original and correct wheels had been long lost.
